Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time: All orders are processed within same business day and shipped if placed before 12pm EST. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: All orders will be shipped with tracking. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates vary based on your chosen shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days

Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier availability.

​Orders over $500 will require signature.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This email will include a tracking number. Tracking information will be available within 24 hours of shipment.

4. Damages: We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. All packages will be covered by insurance.  

5. Currently, we do not ship internationally or to port fowarding companies in the US for international shipments.  If purchased, the order will be canceled and refunded, minus the 4% processing fee.
